“Rebecca is an incredible partner to our business. She was instrumental in helping us execute our vision for a marketing site and brought our brand to life.”

The challenge
After a seed round and a rebrand, Kept needed a marketing website that could do three things fast:
- Explain a nuanced offering in plain English
- Build trust quickly with HR/benefits decision-makers
- Convert “interested” into demo requests — right as their MVP was getting ready to launch
The existing experience wasn’t telling the story clearly enough, and the site didn’t yet match the polish you want at this stage of growth.
The core tension: ship quickly for launch, without sacrificing clarity, credibility, or craft.
The goals
- Clarify the narrative and value proposition for first-time visitors
- Design a site that builds trust fast (aligned with the new brand)
- Create a conversion-ready structure for demos and sales conversations
- Build a scalable system the team can extend post-launch
- Optimize performance — built for speed with a strong Google Lighthouse score
The solution
Create a clearer story that guides visitors from what Kept is and who it’s for through to why it matters, how it works, and what to do next. Build a polished visual system, with calm spacing, clear hierarchy, and consistent components, helped the brand feel more credible and established. Build in Webflow using Client-First and modular sections to make future launches faster, updates easier, and ongoing growth more manageable.
Turning early concepts into a clear foundation
Kept provided initial high-fidelity mockups that explored how its new brand could translate across the launch website. I used these as strategic wireframes, retaining the core content and page requirements while identifying opportunities to strengthen hierarchy, usability, and flow.

Refining the brand through high-fidelity design
Building on the initial concepts, I created polished, cohesive page designs in Figma that brought Kept’s new identity to life. The visual direction balanced a clean, modern aesthetic with clearer hierarchy, stronger accessibility, and consistent UI patterns across the entire experience.

Bringing the experience to life in Webflow
Once approved, I translated the designs into a responsive, structurally robust Webflow website built for every screen size. The build included scalable CMS functionality for insights, integrated support tools, and an intuitive editing experience—helping Kept improve usability, accessibility, performance, and SEO.

Expanding the system into a scalable Support Center
In 2025, I extended the existing design and development system into a fully CMS-powered Support Center. The new experience made resources easier for customers to find while giving Kept’s team a flexible foundation they could manage and expand independently—supporting stronger product education, customer service, and organic search visibility.

The results
- A launch-ready marketing site with clearer messaging and a stronger conversion path
- A scalable, Client-First Webflow system that supports ongoing growth
- Speed-minded implementation with strong Google Lighthouse performance
- Expanded customer experience in 2025 with a Support Center CMS + UI that scales with support needs
