Supporting user acquisition, product launches, and website scalability as Tactiq scaled from 500K toward 1M+ users

Overview
Tactiq is an AI-powered meeting transcription platform that helps teams turn conversations into actionable insights.
As Senior Web Designer, I owned the design, development, and optimization of Tactiq's marketing website. Collaborating with Product and Growth, I focused on improving conversion pathways, launching new product experiences, and building scalable Webflow systems.
The Challenge -
Creating a scalable, conversion-focused website
As Tactiq expanded its product capabilities and global audience, its marketing website needed to evolve alongside the business.
My priorities were to simplify user journeys, improve Chrome Extension discovery, strengthen visual communication, and establish reusable systems to support faster product launches.
What I did -
01. Improving conversions through clearer navigation
I identified an opportunity to optimize Tactiq's website navigation, reduce friction, and guide more visitors toward the Chrome Extension—our primary conversion objective.

Hypothesis
Optimizing the navigation structure and establishing a clearer information hierarchy would reduce friction, improve product discovery, and guide more visitors toward the Chrome Extension.
Research
Using Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and Mixpanel analytics, I analyzed existing navigation behavior to understand how visitors interacted with the website and identify opportunities to improve user journeys.
Implementation
I redesigned the information architecture, reduced unnecessary navigation options, implmented clearer messaging, and established a clearer hierarchy that prioritized high-value conversion pathways.

I then developed the updated navigation in Webflow and compared user behavior across one-week periods before and after implementation.
Outcome
Post-launch analytics showed an increased proportion of visitors navigating to the Chrome Extension destination, providing early evidence that the simplified navigation improved product discovery.
02. Launching Tactiq Workflows
Working with Product and Growth, I designed and developed the web experience for Tactiq's new Workflows feature.

Deliverables included:
- Dedicated Workflows landing page
- Integrations directory
- Reusable Webflow CMS templates
- Eight integration pages, including Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Linear, Workable, Pipedrive, Google Drive, and Gmail
- Supporting Product Hunt launch marketing

Outcome: Supported a successful product launch that reached #5 Product of the Day on Product Hunt, while establishing a reusable CMS architecture to accelerate future integration launches.

03. Building for scalability
I introduced new visual patterns, reusable components, and Client-First development practices to improve consistency and maintainability across the pages I owned.
I also expanded Portuguese and Spanish website experiences and implemented Japanese localization to support Tactiq's growing international audience.

Outcome: Established reusable design and development patterns that improved consistency, simplified website maintenance, and supported future product launches and localization.
The impact
- 500K → 1M+ users: Company growth milestone reached.
- Improved product discovery: Increased traffic share to the Chrome Extension destination.
- #5 Product of the Day: Tactiq Workflows launch on Product Hunt.
- 8 integrations: Scalable, CMS-driven integration experiences.
- 3 languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and Japanese localization support.
