Designing for the future of workforce mental health
I led the design and Webflow development of the Workforce Lab landing page, creating a scalable digital experience to introduce the initiative, establish credibility, and attract future members.
Overview -
Project Healthy Minds launched Workforce Lab in Q3, 2026, an ambitious initiative bringing together leading companies and researchers to advance workplace mental health through research, collaboration, and evidence-based solutions.
With nine founding companies, including ServiceNow, KPMG, and Universal Music Group, the initiative represents an important opportunity to improve how organizations support employee mental health—with plans for continued growth.
The challenge
Workforce Lab needed a compelling digital presence that communicated research-driven initiatives to business leaders and potential partners.
The challenge was to translate its mission into a clear, credible experience that demonstrated the value of membership, while creating a flexible foundation to support future growth.
The goals
Create an engaging, intuitive experience that communicated Workforce Lab's mission, highlighted its founding companies, and encouraged organizations to get involved.
Build a scalable Webflow foundation that could evolve alongside the initiative, while ensuring its positioning was distinct from Project Healthy Minds' other partnership opportunities.
What I did -
UX strategy & information architecture
I developed the page structure and information hierarchy to connect the importance of workforce mental health with the value of participating in the initiative.
I organized research, key statistics, founding members, and membership benefits into a clear narrative, guiding visitors from understanding the challenge to exploring opportunities to join.
Workforce Lab — UX/UI design & visual storytelling
I designed and developed the Workforce Lab landing page to balance credibility, compelling data, and human-centered storytelling.
Supporting partnership experiences
Collaborating with the Head of Creative and Director of Advocacy, I redesigned and developed two supporting pages from Figma to Webflow to clearly differentiate Project Healthy Minds' partnership opportunities.
Trailblazers Collective: Designed the UX/UI, layouts, and custom iconography to engage philanthropic leaders.
Brand Partnerships: Created a streamlined experience highlighting sponsorships, brand collaborations, and corporate engagement opportunities.
Together, these pages established clearer pathways for different audiences to get involved.
Scalable Webflow development
I leveraged the Client-First architecture, reusable components, and variables I had previously established to efficiently develop all three pages.
This accelerated production, maintained brand consistency, and created a flexible foundation for Workforce Lab to expand as new members, research, and initiatives are introduced.
The outcome
Launched a scalable digital experience for Workforce Lab, supporting its long-term mission to improve workplace mental health. The launch brought together nine founding companies, establishing credibility and clear pathways for future members and partners. By leveraging reusable Webflow systems, I accelerated development while creating a flexible foundation to support the initiative's continued growth.
