Overview -

World Mental Health Day is one of Project Healthy Minds' biggest moments of the year, bringing together leaders, advocates, and communities to raise awareness and change the conversation around mental health.
‍

The Annual Gala brings together influential voices from business, entertainment, and philanthropy to celebrate progress and support the organization's mission.
‍

The World Mental Health Day Festival is a community-focused event featuring conversations, workshops, wellness activities, and experiences designed to make mental health resources more accessible.
‍

For 2026, I helped bring both events to life through distinct, engaging digital experiences.
‍

The challenge -

The Gala and Festival each had unique audiences, creative identities, and content needs. Both required engaging digital experiences that could communicate complex event information while guiding visitors toward registration.
‍

The challenge was to balance creative expression with usability, while accommodating evolving event content and tight launch timelines.
‍

The goals -

Create two visually distinct, intuitive experiences that made event discovery and registration seamless.

‍

Establish clear information architecture, engaging interactions, and flexible CMS structures to support evolving content, accessibility, and performance.
‍

What I did -
‍

UX strategy & information architecture

I shaped the user experience across both event websites, focusing on intuitive navigation, clear content hierarchy, and seamless registration pathways.
‍

Each experience was structured around its audience, making event information easy to discover while encouraging exploration and action.
‍

Gala — UX/UI design & visual storytelling

I designed the Gala landing page from the ground up, creating an elevated, editorial experience that balanced immersive storytelling with intuitive navigation and clear ticketing calls to action.

Through thoughtful layouts, typography, and interactions, I brought the event's creative identity to life while prioritizing usability and mobile optimization.

Navigation & registration experience

I designed clear navigation and prominent registration pathways, helping visitors move seamlessly from event discovery to action.
‍

Each experience balanced content exploration with strategically placed calls to action to support registration goals.
‍

CMS architecture & Webflow development

I developed the pages using reusable components and flexible CMS structures to support evolving event content, including speakers, programming, and sponsors.
‍

This streamlined content updates while maintaining consistency and scalability.
‍

Motion & responsive optimization

I designed and implemented purposeful animations, interactions, and responsive layouts that enhanced visual storytelling without compromising usability or performance across devices.
‍

The outcome -

The Gala and Festival launched as two distinctive digital experiences that combined strong visual storytelling with thoughtful UX/UI design and scalable Webflow development.
‍

‍

  • 4.5× increase in Festival registrations year over year within the first 24 hours of launch.
    ‍
  • Established clear on-page registration pathways to support conversion.
    ‍
  • Delivered polished interactions and responsive experiences that balanced creativity with usability.
